The free service will run at Paddington station until December 17 to help with the extremely busy flow of travelers over the Christmas period.
The media personality posed alongside the elves as she cut the ribbon and celebrated the launch of the brand new service.

Gemma said enthusiastically about her experience: “It was great to help Heathrow Express launch their Christmas Elf Concierge service. I love this time of year and enjoy spending it with family and friends.'
