The third season of Slow Horses has received a near-perfect approval rating on Rotten Tomatoes.
The latest batch of episodes from Gary Oldman's hit series debuted on Apple+ on Wednesday and has already received rave reviews for its first two seasons.
In the days leading up to its premiere, early reviews from critics helped it come out on top on the film reviews website.
In the series, Harry Potter star Gary, 65, is seen as part of an MI5 agency just trying to do their job despite all the obstacles thrown their way.
Shortly after the series premiered, rich called the series a 'beautifully made prestige drama' that was 'worthy' of a place on BBC One.

They wrote: 'Flying as far under the radar as his cast of unlikely super spies, this horse is more dark than slow.
'A beautifully crafted prestige drama that would be more than worthy of a primetime recording on BBC One. If you've ever done this, this should be reason enough to bite the bullet.”
AV club noted that the show was still “still tremendously fun” in its final episode, while the Evening Standard praised the drama's 'diabolical backwards plot'.
The playlist wrote, “In an age where streaming shows so often collapse under the weight of episode orders that the writers can't seem to fulfill, there's something so refreshing about a show like this that packs barely a bit of fat into its six episodes.
There is never a moment where it collapses, and yet it is not at the same time an overheated action show.
It strikes just the right balance between plot and character, often moving the two forward at the same time.”
Before landing his leading role of Jackson Lamb on the series, Gary hinted that he had considered stepping away from acting in the industry for almost 50 years.
Speaking The Chris Evans Breakfast Show with Sky Speaking on Virgin Radio, Gary said: 'I think Lamb gives the impression to the world that he doesn't care, and maybe, just maybe, he cares more than most.
“Maybe he's trying to wrap it all up. He's kind of treading water and watching the clock until he retires.
“But like many of us who might occasionally feel like running away and packing it all in, we're a bit addicted to what we do.”
