Gary Barlow was overshadowed by his best friend Eliot Kennedy as the pair stripped off and shared a boozy bath in Franschhoek for his new wine series.
The Take That star, 53, traveled to Cape Town with his musician friend, 55, for his new ITV series about wine, called Gary Barlow’s Wine Tour: South Africa.
In Gary’s new television series, he hangs out in vineyards, cooking delicious food and braai (South African barbecue) with friends like This Morning’s Ben Shephard, singers Mica Paris and Jane McDonald, and another old mucker from back in the day.
In one scene from the series, Gary and Eliot got naked and jumped in the bath together – leaving fans in hysterics over the stark difference between the two.
Gary and Eliot sipped delicious glasses of red wine as they bathed in wine bath salts and laughed together in the episode of the new series.

At a point that made his friend Eliot laugh, Gary said, “Oh, I needed that pee, it really made it warmer.” Sorry kid, it’s been a long time.

While watching Monday’s episode, a fan pointed out the size difference between Gary and Eliot as they got into the bath.

When asked if the wine lover owned a vineyard, Gary said: “Oh god, no. I don’t know if I’d like that, to be honest.
“The role I play in all of this is to offer my audience a choice of what I believe is the best wine in the world and make it affordable.”

South Africa looks amazing in the show, with Gary saying: ‘We were blessed with the most incredible scenery every day. That coast is so damn beautiful and the vineyards have their own beauty.’

They go home with musician Hilton Schilder to taste his Cape Malay Chicken Curry.
“The chef canceled us at another place, so me and Ben Shephard had to cook,” Gary said of the show.
“Well, we were braaiing, so we threatened some food with fire. That’s as good as it got, but it was a good laugh.’
