Garth Brooks ‘accused of raping makeup artist’ who worked for his wife Trisha Yearwood in new lawsuit

Garth Brooks has been sued by a makeup artist who worked for his wife, Trisha Yearwood, for nearly two decades.

The accuser was originally hired to do hair and makeup for Yearwood, and Brooks eventually brought her in to do it for him, she claims.

She claims he took her to Los Angeles for his Sam Moore tribute performance at the Grammy Awards in May 2019.

According to the lawsuit, he booked only one hotel room there for the two of them, and when she requested separate accommodations, he would not provide it.

She accuses him of then accosting her naked in the doorway, dragging her into another room, dangling her upside down by her ankles and raping her.

DailyMail.com has contacted a Brooks representative for comment.

According to her lawsuit, Brooks first made advances on the makeup artist at his home in 2019, before the trip to Los Angeles when she said the rape occurred.

She claims she was at Brooks’ home, waiting for him to meet her so she could apply his makeup, when he emerged from the shower, naked and upright.

She claims he then put her hands on his erection and told her he was harboring fantasies of her giving him a blow job while wearing her glasses, until he finally came on her face.

The makeup artist accused Brooks of raping her later that year when they traveled to Los Angeles for his performance at the Grammys in May.

In her lawsuit, the plaintiff alleges that she and Brooks did not usually travel alone together, but the trip to Los Angeles was an exception.

She only found out she and Brooks wouldn’t be accompanied by anyone else when she boarded his private jet in Nashville to head to California, she claims.

In her lawsuit, the makeup artist claims that when she arrived in Los Angeles, she learned she would have to share a hotel room with Brooks.

She is said to have voiced her objections to the arrangement and asked for a room of her own, but she claims Brooks is unwilling to budge on the matter.

In the hotel room, she says, he suddenly arrived naked in the doorway and then physically pulled her into a separate room, onto a bed.

The accuser, said to be about five feet tall, says he grabbed her ankles and held her upside down while he penetrated her vaginally.

In her court documents, the makeup artist accuses Brooks of thrusting herself into her so violently that she felt like she was going to snap in half.

She continued to work on his hair and makeup throughout the trip because her financial situation was such that she needed the job, she says.

The makeup artist added that Brooks was aware that his income was necessary to her, and exploited her circumstances to his advantage.

She accuses Brooks of groping her breasts while she was applying makeup on him, and of masturbating after she finished work.
