Furious Robbie Williams snaps at reporter during a press conference for asking a ‘probing question’ about his sex life with wife Ayda Field
Robbie Williams was his mischievous self when he arrived in Australia for his tour this week, but his mood changed when he was asked a very personal question during a press conference on Tuesday.
The 49-year-old Angels singer angrily shut down a journalist who dared to ask about the state of his sex life with his wife Ayda Field Williams, according to reports The Daily Telegraph.
The reporter asked Williams the question following the British superstar’s recent revelation about how his depression medication is affecting his libido.
In response, Williams responded with several personal questions directed at the radio producer, including questions about the dimensions of his anatomy, as well as “how many people have you had sex with” and “are you cheating?”
“Hey, listen, one probing question deserves several,” the singer added.

Williams opened up about a new Netflix documentary that depicts his battle with addiction and mental illness during an appearance on The Project on Tuesday night.
The pop star said the four-part self-titled series, which looks at his 25-year career, was “an absolute trauma” for the hitmaker.
“It was very unpleasant to be honest with you,” he said.
In response, Williams responded with several personal questions directed at the radio producer, including questions about the dimensions of his anatomy, as well as “how many people have you had sex with” and “are you cheating?”
“I don’t think people even like looking at selfies of themselves and hearing their own voice,” he continued.
“And when you multiply that by watching you descend into mental illness, agoraphobia, depression and anxiety and you see a nervous breakdown, that’s not normal.”
Still, Williams said he was grateful for the outpouring of love the Netflix show sparked from fans and followers.
“I didn’t know until it happened how much I needed to be seen and heard,” he said.
‘And I feel like I’ve been seen and heard and there’s a stone bag with all these things that I’ve been carrying around for years and I feel like there’s been a release of whatever that being is
“So I’m on a high right now, I feel like the world is embracing me.”
Robbie tells the story of his 25-year career in showbusiness in the programme, from leaving Take That in 1995 to his struggles with addiction and mental health.
Included in the show’s raw revelations was Williams’ marriage proposal over the phone to the All Saints star Nicole Appelton, 48.

Elsewhere in the show, the superstar reveals details about his romance with Spice Girl Geri Horner, 50, who he started dating while attending AA.
In the documentary he also explains in detail how his battle against alcohol and drug addiction came to a head in 2007 after an intervention by his management.
The hitmaker will play a series of Stadium shows Down Under
The British pop star is currently Down Under to play a series of shows, kicking off the tour at Sydney’s Allianz Stadium on November 16, before heading to Mount Cotton in Queensland, followed by Melbourne, Geelong and Swan Valley in WA.
His last official Australian tour was in 2018 for his Heavy Entertainment Show World Tour, although he performed in Melbourne earlier this year for his biopic Better Man.
It follows the release of his album XXV earlier this year, featuring updated versions of his biggest hits from the past 25 years as a solo artist.
The pop star’s highly anticipated Netflix docuseries was released on Wednesday and is currently the streaming giant’s most popular show.
