Furious NFL fans slam NBC for skipping Lindsey Stirling halftime Thanksgiving show in Dolphins vs Packers

NFL fans took to social media to criticize NBC for skipping Lindsey Stirling’s halftime show for the Thanksgiving game between the Miami Dolphins and Green Bay Packers.

Those in the stadium at Lambeau Field cheered the violinist’s performance, but for the millions watching at home after enjoying their Thanksgiving dinners, it was all a disappointment.

“NBC Shame on you for not showing Lindsey Stirling’s halftime performance,” one fan wrote on X. “That was the only reason I watched tonight! So disappointing!’

Another wrote, “NBC are you kidding me? Y’all showing 3 seconds of the Lindsey Stirling halftime show? Both other games showed everything. What a fucking joke you are!!!’

Another angry television viewer tweeted at NBC: “What a complete joke your channel is for not showing Lindsey Stirling’s performance.

“Whoever is in charge there at NBC needs to be fired.”

Stirling had tweeted excitedly about her performance earlier today, saying: ‘Go Packers! tonight I’m performing my first NFL halftime show! What a way to spend Thanksgiving!!

“You can see me tonight at the halftime show of the Packers & Miami Dolphins game! The game starts at 8:20 PM ET.

In the earlier NFL games, Lainey WIlson put on a halftime show as the Dallas Cowboys defeated the New York Giants.

In the Chicago Bears vs. Detroit Lions game, Shaboozey played. Both artists had their shows broadcast live on television earlier in the day.
