Furious New York construction workers confront shamed Queens man caught pulling down posters of Israeli hostages held captive by Hamas

A group of angry New York construction workers confronted a man caught pulling down posters of Israeli hostages held by Hamas.

The men took action after witnessing a man pulling down fliers taped to light posts at the corner of 67th Drive and 109th Street in Queens.

Jacob Birn, 24, had filmed the man for two blocks, repeatedly tearing up the posters.

Birn said The New York Post that he was running when he saw the man putting the posters in a bag.

While confronting him, two construction workers intervened and berated the man for his actions, with the conversation captured on video.

The man known as Paulie is heard telling the man that he wanted to put him in a hospital

You hear one of them say: ‘I’m not Jewish, he’s not Jewish. It does not matter. This is the USA, this is New York City.

“You have no fucking right to touch that stuff. This is a free country, you can wave your Palestinian flag and say death to the Jews or America whenever you want.

‘But we can put up signs. Okay.’

The man tries to explain his behavior but is interrupted by the worker who continues: ‘You’re insulting us, you son of a bitch.

He also tries to claim he’s not doing anything wrong before pointing out to the worker that he’s littering.

The worker continues: ‘If you throw that on the ground, you will pollute the city, in a minute I will litter the floor with you.

“So move the fuck on. I’m dying to put you in the damn hospital when the video ends.

According to Birn, the worker is a man named Paulie, who tells The New York Post, “He’s the King of Queens now, good for him.”

Since the video hit social media, Paulie has been hailed as a hero for taking action.
