During the first two episodes of Hulu’s The Kardashians Season 3, Kim Kardashian expressed her trepidation about landing a deal to serve as creative director for Dolce & Gabbana’s fashion show in Milan.
Kim, 42, had said privately in a confession at the end of last week’s episode that she was “a little worried” about how Kourtney would react to the deal.
“To me, doing a project like this means so much to me, as it really does, but I’m a little worried about Kourtney just because I’m never going to argue with family, ultimately. I don’t know, I just don’t want this to ruin my vibe, so… let’s talk about it,” Kim said at the end of last week’s episode.
As it turns out, those concerns were justified, with a preview for next week’s fourth episode of The Kardashians showing Kourtney breaking down in tears over the deal.
The short preview clip shows Kourtney talking about it with Kendall, both back in Los Angeles, as Kim wraps up the show in Milan, with Kendall apparently joining Kim in Milan after chatting with Kourtney.

“She sees it as the dollar signs. I’m sorry it just upsets me,” Kourtney says with tears in his eyes as he talks to Kendall.
“Because it’s not about business, it’s like legally copying my wedding,” she tells Kendall.
Meanwhile, back in Milan, Kim gets word that Kourtney is mad at the D&G deal, while Kendall tells her that Kourtney is mad at mommy, everyone.
Earlier in the episode, Kim prepped for a photo shoot for the D&G show before heading to Milan to explain how the deal came about.
Kim hangs out with Kylie, who asks Kim if she designed their entire collection for the show, as Kim explains.
“So basically they told me they loved all my looks that they’ve seen. Like when I went to Celine Dion’s concert years ago, I had them make this all crystal thing,” she said.
And they say, “Your looks that you’ve always chosen are really cool.” Would you ever creatively direct our show in September and be like the designer?’ says Kim.
Kim explains that when the show starts they want, “all this video footage of me and they pulled old footage of me when I was in Portofino and stuff but I was like, what if we make our own video so it’s as new content that the person sees, and we do that as a teaser? So that’s what I’m doing today.’

Kim adds in admission that there is “so much to do before we leave for Milan,” adding that they leave in a few days and have “so much content to shoot.”
Kim tells Kylie they go through over 120 looks in two weeks and “after that we go to like 80,” confessing, adding, “I love the challenge.”
“As the creative director, I came up with the looks I wanted, recreating all the ’90s looks, everything down to the accessories, the shoes, to have these Kim-esque looks,” she says in a confession.
Kim tells Kylie that all the looks she thought were cool in the ’90s will be available to buy.
Kim adds in confession that she’s “a little worried about Kourtney just because Dolce was really close to Kourt’s wedding.” I kind of wanted them to have their moment. I wish there was more time before I could really take this opportunity.’
They show footage from Kim’s photo shoot with the different looks, adding that she confesses that she is “nervous” seeing people’s reactions.
