But after seeing these questionable inks, you might be hesitant to let anyone with a tattoo needle near your body ever again.
A thread of Bored Panda shows body art busts from all over the world and some of them are pretty shockingly bad.
One image, believed to have been taken in San Francisco, is of a woman showing off a McDonald’s tattoo she got on the small of her back.
Another chose a dubious Egyptian pharaoh holding an ankh symbol next to a poorly drawn pyramid.
One person took to Reddit to proudly show off their ‘ugly’ tattoos, including this one that looks a bit like a ghost doll

Another ink enthusiast got a tattoo on his back of what looks like a Jack-o’-lantern, which is most commonly seen during the American holiday of Halloween.
There’s also a photo showing uneven angel wings on a person’s calves, with the phrase ‘Daddy’s Angel’ – which will now horrify anyone who is a proponent of punctuation.
