Fulham make an opening offer of £8m for Torino star Sasa Lukic, with the Italians set to cash in on the 26-year-old Serbian international while Marco Silva looks to bolster his midfield options.
Fulham have made an initial offer of around £8m for Torino midfielder Sasa Lukic.
The Serie A outfit are reportedly close to sealing a deal for Verona midfielder Ivan Ilic, which will see the 26-year-old Lukic arrive in London.
Marco Silva’s Fulham are flying this season, sitting seventh in the Premier League just after halfway through the season.

Lukic is a Serbian international who played for his country at the World Cup in Qatar last month. He is set to sign a contract at Craven Cottage until the summer of 2026, according to reports in Italy.
He can play as number 6 or number 8 as Silva looks to find competition for his trio in the midfield of Andreas Pereira, Harrison Reed and Joao Palhinha.
Lukic has three goals and one assist in 18 appearances for Torino this season.
Fulham boss Marco Silva is looking to strengthen the depth in his midfield for the second half of the season.
The longtime Torino star has less than 18 months left on his contract and therefore a new challenge may be attractive.
Fulham prepare to host Sunderland in the FA Cup fourth round on Saturday afternoon before facing west London rivals Chelsea, whom they beat just a fortnight ago at Craven Cottage.
Silva has not ventured onto the market in this window, but Fulham have been heavily linked with the loan of Arsenal defender Cedric Soares.
