Caitlin Clark went on a rampage in the Indiana Fever’s latest straight win over the Minnesota Lynx, losing her cool on a player after an intentional foul on a fastbreak.
Late in the third quarter of Sunday’s 81-74 win, Clark stole the ball near Indiana’s basket before running down the court in transition, but was tackled at half-court by Lynx forward Cecilia Zandalasini.
The 21-year-old point guard was irritated by the foul she had committed and hit Zandalasini with her right hand after the whistle.
Zandalasini then held her hand over her right eye as Clark walked to the free-throw line while Lynx players around her contested the decision.
Ultimately, officials reviewed the play and instead of backing Clark, they sided with Zandalasini by issuing a technical foul to the potential Rookie of the Year.

Clark scored 17 points against Minnesota, helping the Fever win eight of their last 12 games
Despite this, Clark finished the game with 17 points and helped the Fever to another victory on the road, after the team had recorded a surprise win over Phoenix Mercury earlier in the week.
In that game, Clark broke the Fever franchise record for most assists in a quarter (7), with 9 in the first half.
Kelsey Mitchell and Aliyah Boston added 21 and 17 points, respectively, for the Fever against Minnesota.
Boston also grabbed a personal best 16 rebounds and blocked four Indy shots.
Indiana (11-14), which lost 10 of its first 13 games but has won eight of 12 since, has won two straight and three of its last four.
Alanna Smith had 18 points, eight rebounds and four steals despite being benched in the second half for Minnesota (16-8). Bridget Carleton tied her career high with five 3-pointers and finished with 17 points, seven rebounds and six assists.
Minnesota’s Napheesa Collier (foot) missed her fourth straight match.
Clark, who made 1 of 9 attempts from behind the 3-point line in the first three quarters, made a deep, contested 3-pointer to open the fourth quarter.
