From Taylor Swift to Olivia Rodrigo, the four celebrities a top New York plastic surgeon thinks had secret boob jobs so good you’d never know

Gone are the days of giant breast implants and frozen faces: today, celebrities opt for the most natural looks.

In recent years, many have publicly expressed regret over past extreme plastic surgeries – including Victoria Beckham, who admitted in 2014 that she wished she had never tampered with her ‘breasts’.

But surgeons say that doesn’t mean celebrities are ditching the procedure – which remains the second most popular cosmetic procedure after liposuction.

Instead, they opt for new, subtle techniques, costing about $15,000, that provide little boost while skillfully disguising the new assets.

Speaking to DailyMail.com, New York-based surgeon to the stars Dr. Marc Everett talks about the increasing popularity of so-called submuscular breast enlargements, in which the implant is placed under the chest muscles.

This method is especially effective, he says, for slimmer women because the positioning is better conceals the prominent edge of the implant while creating a more pronounced appearance in the breast.

But Dr. Everett says there are still obvious signs of the implants on the skin, which only a skilled eye can see.

Olivia Rodrigo

Olivia Rodrigo, a top singer who recently performed at the Grammy Awards, is said to be among those joining the trend of having subtle improvements to her figure.

Dr. Everett says the star, 20, likely had breast augmentation surgery at age 18, given the transformation documented in her social media images.

He’s not the first to make such a suggestion: On Reddit forums, fans have recently speculated about the reason behind her seemingly sudden change in bust size.

Some have expressed concerns, writing that she is ‘too young’ for the operation.

Dr. Everett says Rodrigo’s bikini photos are the giveaway: “Bikinis always push everything (breast tissue and implants).

‘With natural breasts there is much more of a gradual slope from the top of the chest to the nipple.’

‘(But) in this photo (right) you can see the entire top edge of the implant.

Comparing two other photos from 2021 (shown above), he added, “You can see that the left arm raise doesn’t create that upper fullness we see in the other photo.

‘In the other photo you can see that it looks very full, even though there is no arm to lift it.’

The Food and Drug Administration (FDA) has approved saline breast implants – implants filled with sterile salt water – for women 18 years and older.

Silicone breast implants — which use a silicone gel filling — are only approved for women 22 and older, but many plastic surgeons will place them off-label in younger women, says Dr. Everett.

Most women prefer silicone implants because they look more “natural” and are less likely to rupture than saline implants.

Taylor Swift

Another celebrity who Dr. Everett believes has surgically altered her breasts is Taylor Swift.

He claims her transformation was initially “modest” in 2012, when he opted for small implants, according to him.

Then, he suggests, she underwent a second alleged procedure in 2022.

“In 2022, the implant will be significantly larger,” he said, “to the point where you can see a triangular shape (on her chest).”

Dr. Everett suggested she may have received submuscular implants, which cause tension in the skin. creating a ‘triangle-like’ shape on the chest (photo right).

However, fans have previously suggested that changes in Swifts’ bust could be explained by weight gain.

Dr. Everett disagrees.

“Around the time of her first alleged surgery, you can see from photos that she was quite thin,” he says.

‘But there is a forced rounder breast shape that is no longer in proportion to the rest of her body.’

He continued: ‘The breast is made up of both glands and fat, and if you have a certain amount of weight loss, the breasts will not be as dense.

“(But) we don’t see this with Taylor.”

‘You can also see the distinct round curve of the implant, where the dress pushes the breast inwards.’

Dr.’s claims Everett follows years of fan speculation about the 34-year-old Swift and her bust.

Someone wrote on Twitter in January: “Okay, fine, I’ll say it… Taylor Swift has one of the best boob jobs in the business and I appreciate award shows for the reminder.”

A second tweeter responded; “I think Taylor Swift did a boob job or something,” while a third said: “Taylor Swift’s boob job is masterful.”

Previously, in November 2022, a fan tweeted: ‘No hate, they look great but Taylor Swift totally got a boob job.’

There was also fan speculation in 2016 after she appeared with then-boyfriend Tom Hiddleston.

And several plastic surgeons have also previously suggested that Taylor has undergone breast augmentation.

In 2019, after Taylor attended the Golden Globes, New York-based surgeon Dr. Norman Rowe said, “She had a breast augmentation. This is the only explanation.’

And there was even more speculation in 2013, after her hitting the red carpet at the Principales Awards in Madrid, with Dr Michael Fiorillo – a plastic surgeon, also in New York, saying at the time: ‘You can see the implants.’

The ‘Love Story’ singer has denied reports that she has undergone plastic surgery.

Bella Hadid

There are also signs that supermodel Bella Hadid has had breast implants, according to Dr. Everett.

“There is no weight gain or other changes here that would indicate anything other than breast enlargement,” he said.

Speaking about images taken of Ms Hadid in 2021 (right), before the alleged procedure, he said: ‘You can see a certain fullness of the upper breasts without the displacement of the upper implant.

“But with the other one (from 2023), you see much more fullness in the areas and perimeter of the implant.”

He added: ‘There is also a… difference in size and shape.’

Hadid’s mother Yolanda Foster revealed that she had her breast implants removed in 2015 after complications.

Doctors reportedly said one of them had started leaking silicone, which worsened her Lyme disease symptoms.

Ms Hadid previously admitted she “regretted” a nose job at the age of 14, saying she felt like she would have “grown into” her then nose.

Megan Fox

Another celebrity who has had subtle adjustments to her breasts is actor and model Megan Fox, plastic surgeons say – although she is recently thought to have opted for larger implants.

The American actress was rumored to have undergone the surgery for the first time in 2010.

But when she was pictured at Beyoncé’s 41st birthday party in September 2022, her chest looked even bigger.

Dr. Everett said: ‘This is the most dramatic transformation of the bunch and the easiest signs to spot are that she has had a breast augmentation with implants between the first and second set of photos.

‘Both the shape and volume of the breasts are noticeably different. The size of the implants chosen for her surgery exceeds the footprint of her own breast.

He added: ‘The implant is so wide that it spans both the top and bottom of the breast.’

Instagram influencer Dana Omari-Harrell, based in Texas and who regularly comments on celebrity surgeries, said: ‘She used to have small implants – you can even see her implant lines because she was very thin.

“Around the time she started dating Machine Gun Kelly, I noticed a change in them.

‘Then, around June 2022, I noticed they were much bigger – but the Beyoncé party photos REALLY showed the change. This is definitely a revision.”

In September last year, she debuted a facial transformation – after she was photographed being wheeled out of a surgeon’s office.

She has not spoken publicly about her surgeries before.
