Mary Greenwell, the late Princess Diana’s makeup artist, used a cotton swab to soften and blend her eyeliner.

“I wanted her to have a very soft look, a very workable look — but never too much,” she once revealed.

Diana initially favored blue eyeliner, but Greenwell convinced her to switch to beige and brown shades after a Vogue photoshoot in 1991.

“The thing I changed most about Princess Diana’s look was that I ditched the blue eyeliner, which looked very old-fashioned on her,” she explains.

Exercise facial muscles

Meghan Markle is a proponent of facial exercises to promote sharper cheekbones and a more defined jawline

By strengthening the muscles in your neck, chin and jaw, you can subtly improve your facial structure, giving you sharper cheekbones and a more defined jawline.

Meghan Markle, a proponent of facial exercises, told Birchbox: ‘I get facial exercises from one of my favourite beauty therapists, Nicola Joss, which basically sculpts your face from the inside out.

“I swear it works, no matter how crazy you think it is. On the days I do it, my cheekbones and jawline are much more sculpted.”
