Frightening moment driver fires three shots at motorist during Brazilian road rage spat
This is the disturbing moment a man opened fire on another vehicle during a road accident in southeastern Brazil.
Footage from the scene on Friday shows the victims arguing with gunman Adriano Domingues before he blocks them at a highway exit in Boituva, São Paulo.
Domingues then approaches the driver’s side while holding a gun behind his back.
He instructs couple William Isidoro and Gabrielle Gimenez to leave the window open while they talk to 911 operators and then steps away before firing two shots into one of the tires as his wife runs away.
Domingues later takes aim at the windshield and another at the tire before retreating to his vehicle.

Isidoro and Gimenez told TV Globo that the incident led to a collision on the highway after Domingues hit the side of their car.
‘He was speeding and hit the side of our car. We asked him to stop and when he did, he got out armed,” Gimenez said.
“By the second stop I had already contacted (911) and informed them of our location so they could send a patrol car.”
Nayara Souza, the couple’s attorney, said Domingues punched the passenger window as they stopped along the highway, moments before he shot at them.
Domingues’ attorney, Luiz Tucho, argued that the couple rear-ended his SUV and chased him for 40 minutes while he made threats.
Authorities in the Brazilian city of Piraju have seized the SUV of Adriano Domingues, who is wanted by authorities for firing his gun at a vehicle following a traffic accident.

Brazilian authorities searched Adriano Domingues’ home and seized his passport and a martial arts sword
Domingues is wanted by São Paulo civilian police on charges of attempted murder and was still on the run as of Monday afternoon.
Authorities recovered his vehicle on Saturday from a hotel in the municipality of Piraju, 213 kilometers from where the shooting took place.
Police searched his home in Mariporã and confiscated a martial arts sword and his passport.
‘There was no need to break into a house like that. They should have knocked on the door,” Tucho said.
‘There were people in the house at the time, including two children. They broke the gate and blew open the front door.”
