Frida Redknapp started her training regimen again after returning from her family vacation in Barbados.

The Swedish beauty showed off her gym-honed physique in a skimpy white crop top and bright blue leggings as she worked out with weights.

Lying on a workout bench in the garden, Frida 28 went to work and revealed that she “pressed 30kg (2x15kg) on ​​the bench for the first time today.”

‘Managed to do 3 rounds of 8-9 reps. Had such a morning feeling strong so I went for it! Kids were having breakfast next to me in the kitchen. That’s called multitasking.’

“I usually do 20kg (2 x 10kg) and will most likely stick to that in the future, but I felt like I wanted to push myself today to see if I could do it. Using weights is very important to me and I think it’s a key factor in getting toned and strong.”

Frida and husband Jamie kicked off their summer in style, flying to Barbados last week for a luxurious family getaway.

The couple shared their holiday photo album after flying home on Monday.

Frida and Jamie, 50, stayed at the celebrity-loved Sandy Lane Hotel and were joined by their 20-month-old son Raphael and their six other children from their previous relationships.

Instagram photos shared by proud dad Jamie show the ex-footballer cuddling his wife during a swim in the ocean, while other snaps show him enjoying a dip in the pool with his two sons Charley, 17, and Beau, 13.

The sporty couple also enjoyed a round of golf with their older children, posing in matching looks on the spectacular course.

Jamie proudly captioned a series of photos featuring Charley, Beau, and Raphael with the sweet caption, “My boys.”

He also shared another photo of him and Frida swimming with the famous Barbados turtles, with the caption, “Last day photobomb with a turtle.”

Frida also posted her own photos, looks nothing short of incredible while enjoying the sun in a tight blue bikini.
