It comes after Ellie was forced to postpone her new album for the second time.
The hitmaker was originally scheduled to release her fifth studio album Higher Than Heaven in February before it was pushed back to March 24.
Now it’s been delayed again, this time due to “source material” issues for the physical formats.
In a lengthy statement on Instagram, he wrote: “As you know, making these products as eco-friendly as possible is incredibly important to me, so we’ve worked very hard to deliver on that promise.”
“As a result and due to the delays in supplying these products, we have to push the launch back very slightly to April 7 just so we can get these beautiful products out to you as soon as humanly possible.

When first delaying the album, Ellie teased “some exciting opportunities” that she hopes to share with her fans.

She said in January: ‘To my amazing fans, I’m sorry to announce that we’re delaying the release of Higher Than Heaven until March 24.
“I know you’ve all been very patient with me, but we’ve had some exciting behind-the-scenes opportunities that I can’t wait to share with you in due course.”
Speaking last year, Ellie reflected on the project as a whole, explaining how the pandemic had affected the writing and recording process.
She said: ‘There was definitely a darkness about [the past two years] that was palpable in the studio, as everyone had gone through it differently. That’s how this album was put together.
