Frankie Valli’s son Emilio has filed for a temporary restraining order against his older brother to protect himself and his father.
The singer’s 89-year-old son, Emilio, 29, filed the request in Los Angeles to keep his older brother Francesco, 36, away from himself and his father, according to documents obtained by TMZ.
Emilio claims his older brother tried to break into Frankie’s house on April 5.
