Family/adventure film The Wild Robot, out in the UK on October 18, follows the story of a robot called Roz, who is shipwrecked on a desert island and must learn to adapt to his new environment.

Roz builds relationships with the native animals and soon develops a parental bond with an orphaned goose.

The feature film stars Heartstopper favorite Kit Connor as the leading star, joined by an A-list cast including Pedro Pascal, Billy Nighy, Mark Hamill and Catherine O’Hara.

The synopsis of the film reads: ‘After a shipwreck, an intelligent robot named Roz is stranded on a desert island.

“To survive the harsh conditions, Roz bonds with the island’s animals and cares for an orphaned baby goose.”

It comes after Frankie shouted out ‘b******t acceptance speeches’ from celebrities who ‘no one likes to work with.’

The ITV star, who attended the 2024 National Television Awards earlier this year, launched a scathing tirade about “terrible people” in the industry.

Speaking to Spencer Matthews on his Big Fish podcast, the pair discussed the importance of being ‘easy to work with’.

Spencer began, “Some people have a reputation for being really terrible people, and I always found it incredibly strange that people continued to work with terrible people.”

Frankie agreed, “I think that’s been one of my biggest things over the years, meeting a lot of those people.”

The presenter continued: ‘I remember when I finished S Club Juniors, Simon Fuller said to me, “Always be good to work with, just the way you are, because everyone will always want to continue working with you,” and it really stuck with me.

“I’ve had moments throughout my career… you know, you always say the good guy comes out on top, and I think as I got older I thought, ‘That’s actually not necessarily true,’ and it really is . ****d me off.

“I’ve sat at award ceremonies knowing that there are people who win these awards that everyone in the room hates to work with, and they stand up and spout this speech about loving everyone, and being kind, and all that kind of nonsense. *t and I’m like, ‘You’re lying! Everyone here hates you.”

“Yet they’re all clapping and saying, ‘Yes!’, and posting about it, and I think that helps me too, because I know about it.

“I don’t necessarily believe in it, but I also think that if you’re aware of it, it helps keep you going.”

The ceremony saw Frankie and her Loose Women co-stars lose out to The Chase in the Daytime category at the 2024 National Television Awards.
