Frank Sinatra’s daughter shared her thoughts on hip-hop stars Dr. Dre and Snoop Dogg using an AI-generated likeness of her father in their new Still gin commercial.
Tina Sinatra, 76, said seeing the artificial intelligence version of the late My Way crooner was “exciting and surreal” in a statement to People.
The commercial also featured an AI replica of Sammy Davis Jr., the iconic singer and actor who was part of Sinatra’s famous Rat Pack.
‘It is both exciting and surreal to see Dr. Dre and Snoop Dogg next to my dad and Sammy Davis Jr. in such a revolutionary way,” Tina said.
Tina went on to call it a “celebration of timeless artistry, breaking barriers and the lasting legacy of intergenerational collaboration.”
The commercial was released Tuesday and features Snoop, 53, and Dre, 59, meeting Sinatra, who died in 1998, and Davis Jr., who died in 1990, at an upscale bar.

Dre and Snoop, in formal attire, enter the exclusive lounge where Sinatra and Davis Jr. waiting at the bar.
After seeing how the other customers seem impressed by the rappers, Sinatra asks, “Hey Sammy, who the hell are these guys?”
“I heard these are the new gangsters in town,” Davis. Jr. answers.
Sinatra then turns to the bartender, played by model Lori Harvey, and asks for an introduction.
Snoop and Dre then meet the iconic duo, after which Davis Jr. asks: ‘So what’s your pleasure? What are you drinking?’
The hip-hop stars then name their gin brand.
Sinatra then announces to the crowd, “Still GIN for everyone!”
The production team worked closely with the Sinatra and Davis Jr. estates. to ensure the accuracy of the portrayal of the deceased stars, according to People.

Still, GIN worked with Rosewood Creative, Dave Meyers and generative AI company Metaphysic to create the ad.
The ad aims to “capture the balance between classic and modern” and “cinematically bridge the gap between past, present and future generations of superstars.”
It aired during the season finale of The Voice, Snoop’s first season as a coach on the show.
Dre and Snoop launched their gin brand in February.
Sinatra, who was married a total of four times, fathered three children with his first wife, Nancy Barbato: Nancy, 84, Frank Jr., who died in 2016 at age 72, and Tina.
Nancy died in 2018 at the age of 101.
Born on December 12, 1915 in Hoboken, New Jersey to Italian immigrants, Sinatra would go on to sell more than 150 million albums worldwide, win 11 Grammys and be widely hailed as one of the greatest entertainers of the 20th century.
Tina manages her father’s enormous estate, with hits such as My Way, Fly Me To The Moon and That’s Life.

In addition to Sinatra and Davis Jr. the Rat Pack consisted of Dean Martin, Peter Lawford and Joey Bishop, who succeeded the original band of Humphrey Bogart and friends.
Initially called “the Clan” and “the Top”, they were later branded by the press as the “Rat Pack”, after learning that Bogart’s wife and actress Lauren Bacall was so shocked to see her husband and his group stagger back from a night out in Las Vegas that she accused them of looking like a pack of rats.
