Fox News host Jesse Watters predicts that RFK Jr.’s independent presidential campaign will ‘devastate’ Joe Biden’s re-election chances
- The Fox primetime host said Kennedy will steal a crucial piece of the base in the next election
- Watters said Biden’s actions during the campaign and a third-party option for voters will cost him the presidency in 2024
Fox News host Jesse Watters argued that Robert F. Kennedy Jr.’s presidential campaign will cost President Joe Biden re-election.
On Friday, RFK Jr. released a video in which he shared that he will make a major announcement on October 9, cementing an independent party’s bid for the White House.
“Kennedy’s independent run will destroy Biden’s chances for re-election,” the prime minister said Fox News prime time host Friday.
‘Kennedy scores 15 percent among Democrats in the polls. If Biden is the candidate, 15 percent of American Democrats will have Kennedy as an option. Melon takes a crucial piece of the foundation away from Joe.”
Democratic political strategists and Biden aides are reportedly concerned that a third-party candidate could siphon votes from the 80-year-old president in a Biden Trump contest, creating an easier path to victory for Republicans.
Fox News host Jesse Waters said Friday that RFK Jr.’s third party will lead to a Republican victory in 2024
Watters said Kennedy’s name as an independent on the ballot will split the Democrats’ vote, allowing a Republican candidate to win in a contest against Trump Biden
In his video, the heir to the political dynasty said he no longer wants to play corrupt roles and warned of a sea of changes in American politics.
‘How are we going to win against the vested interests in Washington?’ the 69-year-old says in the video.
“It is not by playing the game by the corrupt rules that the corrupt powers and vested interests have rigged to control us all. Instead, we will have to rewrite the assumptions and change the habits of American politics.”
Watters also suggested that the way the president has treated his political opponent could leave a bad impression on voters, pushing them to vote for RFK Jr. to vote.
“A colossal miscalculation by President Biden, who should have had a veteran approach, in denying Secret Service protection to a man whose father and uncle were murdered,” the Fox News host said.
RFK Jr.’s wife and TV star Cheryl Hines has begged Biden to provide her husband with Secret Service protection after an armed gunman was arrested at a campaign event.
Both his father, Robert Kennedy, and his uncle, John F Kennedy, were assassinated during their political careers.

Robert F Kennedy Jr. shared a video in which he hinted at an independent election bid and called for change in American politics
“Refusing to debate and rigging the primaries will now likely cost him the White House,” Watters said.
“Yes, some Trump voters may cast their vote for Kennedy, but if you are a Republican and you see Trump, Biden and the name Kennedy in the voting booth, you vote for Trump.”
In August, Democratic National Committee advisers did not commit Biden to participating in future presidential debates.
Watters joined Fox News’ primetime lineup in July, taking Tucker Carlson’s coveted 8 p.m. slot.
RFK Jr. is struggling to gain more than 20 percent in the polls, but winning just a few thousand votes in the general election could spell disaster for the president.
A little view Kennedy as a conspiracy theorist for his views on vaccines and recently sparked anger by suggesting COVID was “ethnically targeted” so that Chinese people and Jews have more immunity.
