Fox News host Bret Baier’s sprawling Washington mansion has hit the market for nearly $32 million, just five years after he paid $5.4 million for it.
Baier and his wife Amy spent three years and about $25 million building the four-story, five-bedroom, seven full-bathroom and two half-bathroom home.
Now he’s about to move to Palm Beach, Florida, where he’s settled on a $37 million abode after living in their DC estate for just a year after extensive renovations were completed.
The Baiers demolished the old single-family home with low ceilings, the Wall Street Journal reported, after purchasing the 1.5 hectare estate in 2018.
The 16,250-square-foot home is listed as “the most beautiful home ever built in Washington” and would set a record for the city if it meets the asking price, said listing agent Daniel Heider.
