Three TV giants – Fox, Disney-owned ESPN and Warner Bros Discovery – are launching a new sports streaming service.
The service will be released under a completely new brand name that will show football, basketball, baseball and hockey at the national and collegiate levels.
It will make sports available from various sources in one centralized app and will shake up the world of sports broadcasting.
Subscribers would get access to sports networks including ESPN, ESPN2, ESPNU, SECN, ACCN, ESPNEWS, ABC, Fox, FS1, FS2, BTN, TNT, TBS, truTV and ESPN+.
Sports broadcast include golf, tennis, cycling, football, UFC, but also Formula 1 and NASCAR.

“The launch of this new streaming sports service is a big moment for Disney and ESPN, a big win for sports fans and an important step forward for the media industry,” Disney CEO Bob Iger said in a statement.
“This means the full suite of ESPN channels will be available to consumers, alongside sports programming from other industry leaders, as part of a differentiated, sports-focused service.”
Access will be available to subscribers of ESPN+ and Hulu – both owned by Disney – and Max, owned by Warner.
Each company will own a third of the new service, which will launch in the fall, people familiar with the matter told the Wall Street Journal.

The new service will showcase thousands of high-profile sporting events
Lachlan Murdoch, Executive Chair and Chief Executive Officer of FOX said: “We are excited to bring the FOX Sports portfolio to this new and exciting platform.
“We believe the service will offer passionate fans beyond the traditional bundle a range of great sports content in one place.”
