Four staff members who work on conservative commentator Steven Crowder’s show claim they were ousted after he questioned them about media leaks and demanded they sign harassing non-disclosure agreements that could carry $100,000 in fines.
The alleged interrogation came last month after that Mediaite published accusations that Crowder, 35, maintained a toxic work environment on the set of Louder with Crowder – his show hosted on the Rumble video platform.
Allegations include bullying, inappropriate drug use and sexual misconduct. They came months after Ring’s doorbell footage was leaked showing the conservative podcaster verbally assaulting his wife.
Four staff members who no longer work for Crowder told Mediate that shortly after the allegations were published on July 26, all Louder with Crowder employees were emailed non-disclosure agreements.

In April, CCTV footage from Ring surfaced showing Crowder berating his pregnant wife in their home. The couple is now embroiled in a contentious divorce
Those appointments, seen by Mediaitestated that any disclosure of confidential company information could result in “liquidated damages of $100,000.”
The staffers told the publication they had to sign the non-disclosure agreement by that Friday. The next day, on July 27, they claimed that Crowder held a meeting in which he warned staff not to speak out.
“Steven was furious,” an anonymous source close to Crowder told Mediaite. “He and Gerald (Morgan) said they knew someone was talking to you (the author of this piece) based on the article you wrote.”
“If you’re not okay with guys playing pocket tap, this isn’t the place for you,” the source told staff at that meeting, referring to a game in which someone tapped another’s genitals.
Allegations that Crowder would reveal his genitals in the workplace were first reported by The New York Post.
DailyMail.com wrote to Crowder for comment on the allegations regarding the NDAs and misconduct, but didn’t immediately hear back.
After that meeting, four employees who had been intimidated by Crowder and the NDAs ‘left’ the company. “The NDA was insane,” the source close to Crowder told Mediaite.
‘Most of the employees were afraid of it. Some talked to lawyers about it because they were afraid but thought that if they didn’t sign it would incriminate themselves.
“He was intimidating. Steven’s increasing justification of his sexual behavior between men in the workplace has left many male employees uneasy. He always says it’s a joke, but it doesn’t seem like a joke to anyone anymore,” they added.
Investigations into Crowder, who recently turned down a $50 million deal with The Daily Wire calling it a “slave deal,” peaked earlier this year when footage leaked showing him speaking rudely to his wife.
In video obtained by journalist Yashar Ali and posted on his Substacksaw the YouTuber aggressively berating his wife Hilary, who was nearly eight months pregnant with twins at the time.

In the video, Crowder was heard telling his wife not to take the car — and that she had failed to do “womanly” things. He then told her that if she was devoted to him, she would “put on gloves and walk the dogs.”
The footage was published days after Crowder revealed his wife had filed for divorce, claiming he had “lived with a proverbial boot around my neck for years.”
Broken marriages are ugly. People do ugly things in it, including myself of course, and I would never claim otherwise,” Crowder said after the video’s release.
However, due to recent misleadingly redacted leaks to the tabloid press, out of context and not subject to court consequences…well, if it’s not privacy, the next best option is the truth.
“And so today I filed a motion to officially open all files as far as they pertain to the issue of legal registration.
“Finances, relevant medical records, including mental health history or evaluations, statements, and any motions or sanctions from the Texas courts.
“I will NOT be leaking any personal marriage information to the press, but if the privacy agreements are not respected by all parties, next week I will address anything that is an irrefutable legal matter in full context.”
