Tiffiny celebrated her birthday at the island resort with her one-year-old daughter Vada and her six-year-old son Arnold, whom she has with her husband Ed Kavalee.

“My intention was to get back in shape and feel strong in January,” she wrote.
“It feels amazing to be here, a year later, and having had so much fun with the love and support of my friends, family and coaches. It really is about the journey, not the destination.”

“Running my first mile, hanging out with my kids at the park, learning to squat again after my knee surgery, fitting into an old pair of jeans again,” Tiffiny explains.
She also stressed the importance of enjoying every step you take on your path to a healthier life.
“Thank you for all your lovely messages of motivation and support throughout the year. It really kept me going,” she wrote, acknowledging the power of collective support in personal journeys.
