X Factor star Bella Penfold shockingly revealed on her social media on Thursday that she had been ‘attacked and robbed’ over her phone in London.

The 25-year-old content influencer, who took part in the ITV singing competition in 2018, shared her terrifying ordeal on her Instagram Story and begged brands to be ‘patient’ with her as she recovers from the shocking incident.

The singer appeared shocked as she revealed to her followers: ‘Last night I was attacked and robbed in London. Phone has been taken.

“All brands waiting for content, please be patient with me. Anyone who wants to contact me, message this account.’

Bella is now a content creator and regularly shares daily life updates with her followers and posts glamorous snaps.

It comes after Bella became a fan favorite on the hit TV show during season 15.

When Simon Cowell gave her the Golden Buzzer during her performance of Stormzy’s Blinded By Your Grace.

It comes before Bella was eliminated from the show, finishing in 8th place after successfully reaching the quarter-finals.

Music mogul Simon, 64, was left devastated when both his acts Bella and Shan were eliminated after earning the fewest votes from the public.

Outspoken rapper Bella took her elimination on the chin despite appearing shocked when the news was announced.

As she was led off stage by presenter Dermot O’Leary, Bella praised her fellow competitors, while thanking her mentor on the ITV show.

She said: ‘It wouldn’t be the same without any of them. If there’s one person in the room I have to thank, it’s Simon Cowell. He really changed my life.’

Later in the show, Shan found herself in the bottom two alongside Acacia and Aaliyah, with both acts singing for their lives in the competition.

Vocal powerhouse Shan delivered a moving rendition of Rise Up, while mentor Simon looked on proudly.

Acacia and Aaliyah, who were accompanied by Nile Rodgers in the absence of judge Robbie Williams, gave an energetic performance of Bang Bang.

Simon said: ‘These were great sing-offs, both of you at your best. Shan, you are a star. I’m sending the girls home, you understand.’

Chic star Nile declared: ‘I hate this! I have to go with my girls. Robbie did a great job with you guys. I have to send Shan home.”

Louis Tomlinson exclaimed that he was shocked by Shan being in the bottom two and opted to send Acacia and Aaliyah home instead.

The deciding vote therefore fell to Ayda Williams, who seemed nervous and chose to deadlock the vote.

She stated, “Shan, I am spiritually in love with you. The girls showed so much courage, they represent something so young and fresh. I’ll have to send this back to the public vote.”

Shan looked dejected as it was revealed that the teenage duo had received more votes than her, and that she would be going home immediately.

Showrunner Simon joined his act Shan on stage and made a bold gesture of support for the singer.

He stated: ‘I’m beyond shocked… but there is something I can do. I’m going to change the rules. There will not be six acts on the live tour, but eight.

“Shan – and Bella – you’re coming on tour. I’m devastated.’
