Former WWE stars Nikki and Brie Garcia have revealed how their time as waitresses at Hooters prepared them for a career in wrestling.
The identical twins, known in WWE as the Bella Twins, had long and successful careers in the ring, winning multiple titles together.
They have also had successful careers outside of wrestling, having a combined 19 million followers on Instagram and a successful podcast.
But before they became household names in the wrestling industry, the twins worked at the Hooters in San Diego at age 19.
Now in their 40s, the sisters share how their work at the famed restaurant chain prepared them for success in the WWE.

“When you worked there, you really owned your feminine energy. As a waitress, you have to have the confidence to go up to strangers and talk to them. But we had to have thick skin and not just confidence, but you had to own it,” Brie told the New York Post.
“You go to men who are excited and want to act crazy. So we knew how to keep them in line … and we all set boundaries for ourselves … and we didn’t let our clients get in our way.
“So it really taught me at a young age to just stand up for myself and own it, own the room, own a table. And I think it really helped me in professional wrestling to bring that attitude into it.”
“Pinching your cleavage. You’re like, ‘Do you want more fries with that?'” Nikki said.
“Yeah, we got really creative. Like with the lingo, even just saying, ‘I hope you had a Hooter-fic time,'” Brie added.
“You guys just came out there with this bad language as waitresses. And let’s face it, everybody loves seeing the Hooters girls do the YMCA and the hula hoop — the tips went up.”
