She is also said to have demanded the seizure of the Argentinian's electronic devices.

Torrado reportedly told Argentine media: “Nalbandian filmed me and recorded me long enough to have images and footage of me naked and other private moments involving me, my family and my friends.

“We want a court order for the seizure of his electronic devices.”

After giving evidence, she also said: 'I feel relieved that this has become public and that the justice system has listened to me.'

An initial inquest was suspended because they had originally shared the house where the camera was installed. However, an appeals court ruled against Torrado swas allowed to testify after her lawyers filed a request to overturn the decision.

The camera, controlled via Wi-Fi, was discovered when her brother noticed a glow behind an airshaft in June and removed the cover – with a video reportedly showing the moment the discovery was made.
