Clelia Theodorou has revealed that her mother passed away in a horrific car accident at the end of May.
The pregnant The Only Way Is Essex star, 28, took to Instagram on Monday to reveal she too was involved in the crash, which left her hospitalized for weeks with “terrible injuries.”
And while she “continues to heal,” she admitted that her “beautiful” mother “couldn’t heal” from hers.
She wrote: ‘Unfortunately at the end of May me and my mother were involved in an accident, we both suffered terrible injuries.
“I am still healing from mine after weeks in the hospital, but it is with the deepest regret to say that my beautiful mother was unable to heal from hers.

‘The person I never, ever wanted to say goodbye to. Who loved me unconditionally, the pure definition of maternal love.’
Heartbroken, Clelia described the pain as “paralyzing” and said there were no words for it.
She added, “My heart will never heal from this, life will never be the same. It just doesn’t feel real and it never will, I just want my mom back.’
Clelia went on to say that her “precious miracle baby” is doing well and “going through it.”
In tribute to her mother, she added, “I will always make sure they know how much you already loved them and I promise they will always know they had the strongest, most caring, hilarious, giving and loving Nan anywhere.” they could ever dream of. .’
“I go through multiple emotions on a daily basis and the road to my physical recovery is long but our miracle baby gives me so much hope and I will do anything to be even half of the mother to my baby that my mother was to me ,’ she said.
Along with the statement, the star shared a slew of throwback photos of her and her mother.
In one, Clelia could be seen planting a kiss on her mother’s cheek as they socialized together.

In addition to baby photos and additional photos with Clelia’s younger sister, the star also shared a photo of her mother with boyfriend Tommy Cole.
The couple announced they were expecting their first child together in March this year, when Clelia took to Instagram to share a beautiful montage video with fans.
In the clip, she revealed her pregnancy test and baby scans and showed off her blossoming belly.
She also shared an image of a baby bodysuit in the video, featuring the Canadian flag and Union Jack, along with the words, “Made in Canada…Coming to Essex…October 2023.”
The television personality captioned her post, “It was too hard to keep this one to ourselves, but we are beyond excited to tell you all that our little one is on the way!
“We can’t wait to meet you, darling Cole.”
Clelia revealed that she was dating Tommy in June 2021 when a fan questioned her about the nature of their relationship.
