Former NFL star Le’Veon Bell took to social media to feud with Kamala Harris after the vice president’s comments Friday.
The Democratic candidate announced earlier this week that she will make her closing arguments for the presidential campaign in a speech in the nation’s capital next week.
However, when questioned about the “closing argument” speech at the Ellipse – just south of the White House and north of the National Mall – Harris was criticized by Bell.
Harris was asked just hours before her meeting in Houston, where Beyonce appeared as a guest speaker, about concerns that a “closing argument speech” at The Ellipse in Washington, D.C., could lean on the perceived threat Trump is to democracy and not the threats to the economy.
“One of the things I like about the American people is that we can entertain many thoughts at once. And one of the highest priorities for the American people right now is reducing costs, and that is the priority of my agenda and will be the priority of my work if I am elected president,” Harris responded.

The answer left Bell seemingly baffled took to social media with a short and simple response, saying, “HUH???”
The first running back tore into Harris further as he claimed the vice president was dodging questions.
“Kamala Harris NEVER answers a question directly,” he added, “I feel like she always gives people a chance to run around. or am I tripping??’
The NFL star turned boxer then launched an attack on Beyonce after the music mogul endorsed Harris.
“We already knew Beyoncé sold her soul, please give us real news,” the 32-year-old said in response to a tweet announcing Beyonce’s endorsement.
The hitmaker took to the stage in her native Houston to support Harris and made a brief appearance in which she said she wasn’t there as a celebrity, but as a mother.
Bell, who spent nearly a decade as a running back in the NFL before trading the playing field for the ring, has been a staunch supporter of Harris’ opponent, Donald Trump, in recent weeks.

He recently came under fire for a T-shirt with a mean message about Harris that he wore to one of Trump’s rallies.
Bell was recently pictured wearing a T-shirt with a photo of the Republican candidate pumping his fist next to an unflattering photo of Harris. “Trump or the Tramp?” it read.
The former running back — who spent half a decade with the Steelers before stints with the Jets, Chiefs, Ravens and Buccaneers — accompanied Trump to a rally in Pennsylvania last weekend.
