Former Las Vegas Raiders star Damon Arnette was arrested last month and charged with possession of meth and a firearm, reports indicate.
NFL Network’s Ian Rapoport has revealed that Arnette was arrested on January 6 in Richardson, Texas, for obtaining less than a gram of meth and unlawfully carrying a firearm.
Further details about the arrest are not yet available.
Arnette was released by the Raiders in November 2021 over a video of him brandishing a gun and threatening to kill someone, before being sentenced to community service over the incident in May last year.
He played a total of 13 games before being dropped by the team.
