Former NFL cheerleader, ‘Deal or No Deal’ model and two pinup girls sue Baltimore SWINGERS club for using their pics to promote the business

A former Playboy Playmate, Deal or Do Deal suitcase girl and two models are suing a Maryland swingers club for using their photos in promotions without permission.

The women filed the lawsuit, seen by the Baltimore flag, on March 19 in the United States District Court District of Maryland against Tabu Social Club in Catonsville.

They claim the club – ‘where adults can ‘swap’ partners for sexual activities’ – used their photos in social media posts without their consent to ‘mislead potential customers’.

The women are Playboy’s January 2010 Playmate of the Month, Deal or No Deal suitcase model Jaime Edmondson Longoria, Ursula Mayes, glamor model Ina Schnitzer, and model and designer Lina Posada.

The club is said to have shared altered photos of the models, suggesting they worked there – one such post on YouTube appeared to use a photo of Longoria with the caption ‘come watch the boys of the summer with us’.

They say permission was not asked and the club was never contacted.

Another screenshot in the lawsuit reportedly shows an altered image of Longoria in a cropped Ravens T-shirt, advertising a “team spirit” night at the club.

Longoria was a cheerleader for the NFL and worked for the Miami Dolphins.

The model and mother of three was also Playboy’s Playmate of the Month in January 2010.

She is now married to MLB player Evan Longoria, who currently plays for the Arizona Diamondbacks.

The COO of the nonprofit that runs the club, Vicki Gonzalez, told Banner, “I have no idea what you’re talking about, every image we have has been purchased and licensed through Adobe Stock.”

She said she believes there is a “mix-up” as the attorney representing the women is based in New York.

She also said the company named in the lawsuit as the club’s owner, VNR Enterprises LLC, no longer exists.

The club is now operated under the name GS Events Inc., which is reportedly incorporated in Maryland under a nonprofit tax code but does not appear in Maryland databases of nonprofits.

The women are seeking unspecified damages and a jury trial after claiming in the lawsuit that the use of the models’ images constitutes false advertising and defamation.

The club claims to be a place where ‘sexy adults meet and play’.

Only women or couples may become members and single men must have a sponsor to attend.

Membership costs $80 per year for single women and couples or $30 per month.

The website states: ‘Tabu is a luxury dance club with a raised dance floor and two dance poles for our female members to enjoy.

‘An elevated dance cage, the ONLY dance stage for ladies and a quiet lounge area with soft, comfortable chairs. BYOB full service bar and 5 coolers to keep your drinks ice cold.

‘Private VIP suites, showers and towels; There are lockers available to store your belongings in (you can bring a lock).’
