Former NBA player Ben McLemore has been arrested for alleged first-degree rape and other sex crimes.

McLemore was arrested Tuesday on an outstanding warrant out of Clackamas County, the Multnomah County Sheriff’s Office in Oregon said. KGW Newsand then taken to the Clackamas County Jail.

McLemore is charged with rape in the first degree, unlawful sexual penetration in the first degree and sexual abuse in the second degree, according to the Clackamas County Sheriff’s Office website say.

Mail Sport reached out to the Clackamas County Sheriff’s Office but has not received a response at this time.

McLemore is scheduled to appear in court on Wednesday.

The 31-year-old, who was the seventh overall pick in the 2013 NBA Draft, has played for the Kings, Grizzlies, Rockets, Lakers and Blazers.

His last NBA game came in 2022 for Portland.

He now plays for Spanish team Rio Breogan in the Liga ACB and played last week.
