On the same day that reports say ex-NBA security guard Eric Bledsoe is signing with the Shanghai Sharks of the Chinese Basketball Association, reports say he has been arrested for domestic violence.
According to TMZ, just before 11:15 p.m. local time, police received a call from a woman claiming she had been beaten by her boyfriend.
Bledsoe was reportedly taken to a sheriff’s office in Lost Hills, CA, booked up and has since paid bail and has been released.

A now-deleted Instagram post showed images of domestic violence attributed to Bledsoe
In a now-deleted Instagram post, Bledsoe’s girlfriend shared images of her injuries — showing a red spot on the left side of her face.
‘NO RELATIONSHIP LIKE THIS IS EVER WORTH STAYING IN!!’ read the caption on her Instagram post. ‘I’m far from a saint, but this isn’t okay
Domestic violence is real! This wasn’t the first time but I sat here and stayed so it’s my fault! ERIC BLEDSOE is truly a monster,” the post continued.
Bledsoe was drafted in 2010 by the Oklahoma City Thunder, who traded him for the Los Angeles Clippers. In addition to those two teams, he has spent time with the Phoenix Suns, Milwaukee Bucks and New Orleans Pelicans.
Reports earlier Thursday said Bledsoe would sign with the Shanghai Sharks in China
