Former MasterChef star and business mogul lists home on Sydney’s North Shore for a whopping $9million
A stunning property on Sydney’s North Shore owned by MasterChef contestant Jimmy Seervai has been listed with an eye-watering price guide of $9 million.
Located in Mosman, 5 miles from the CBD, the harbor pad features five bedrooms and two bathrooms and is just blocks from the prestigious Balmoral Beach.
Seervai, 44, and his wife Eloise bought the two-story property in 2020, as well as an adjacent property for $11.6 million, with plans to bulldoze both to build a mansion.
The former reality star has DA approval for the combined sites, reports The Mosman newspaperbut has only put one property up for sale so far.
The plans include the construction of a three-storey house with a swimming pool.

Seervai’s food company has started construction on a new factory in Nowra, 162km from Sydney, and he reportedly wants to ‘stay close to his wife and family of four children’.
Seervai’s house is designed for beachfront living and sits on a high point in the leafy suburb. It offers fantastic water views, high ceilings and a spacious open plan layout.
Other design features include skylights and a wrap-around balcony.

Each of the bathrooms has been renovated, while the master bedroom features an en suite bathroom with a ‘his and hers’ double sink.
There is also a ‘rumpus’ room that can be converted into a sixth bedroom and a large rear garden.
Jimmy was eliminated from MasterChef in 2010.
Despite not being fully involved in the cooking series, he still founded the Essence Group, which produces sports nutrition and supplements for supermarkets such as Woolworths and Aldi.
The house will go under the hammer on February 29.
