Former Eminem stunt double Ryan Shepard dies at 40 after being hit by a van
Eminem’s former stunt double has died after being hit by a van.
Ryan Shepherd passed away, at the age of 40, in late January after a collision with the vehicle while trying to cross a street.
The rapper’s doppelgänger was pronounced dead shortly after he was rushed to a Washington hospital, his brother Kyle said. TMZ.
She is survived by her two daughters, ages seven and 11.
Ryan is best known for playing hitmaker Lose Yourself’s superhero character Rap Boy at the MTV Movie Awards in 2002.

He toured Europe and Japan with Eminem during his Anger Management Tour that year before appearing in D12’s Purple Hills music video as the ‘clone’ of the star.
In more recent times, Ryan worked as a test automation engineer at Elon Musk’s SpaceX, after a few years of being a riding mechanical engineer at Disney.
The tragic news comes just days after Eminem’s daughter Hailie Jade Mathers got engaged to Evan McClintock.
The 27-year-old actress posted the happy news on Instagram on Monday morning.
The beauty was seen showing off her new diamond engagement ring on her ring finger as she helped her husband-to-be open a bottle of champagne.
“Casual weekend recap…2.4.23 love you @evanmcclintock11,” the brunette wrote in her caption.
He was wearing a black jacket with jeans and boots as Evan had a black coat over khakis and boots.
Evan is also seen taking a knee for his proposal which appears to have taken place on a boat.

Hailie works as an influencer. He grew up in Detroit with his father Eminem, whose real name is Marshall Bruce Mathers III, and his mother, Kim Scott.
He attended Chippewa Valley High School (2014) and Michigan State University.
Her siblings include Alaina Marie Mathers, Stevie Laine Mathers, and Parker Scott.
