Abraham is believed to be available for around £20million as Roma look to take the former Chelsea star off their wage bill after an injury-hit season.
West Ham United, Aston Villa, Tottenham and Everton have all discussed signing Abraham as their other options.
The Hammers see Abraham as a realistic replacement for Michail Antonio, who could leave during the summer transfer window.
