Former Brazil star Hulk marries his ex-wife’s NIECE in religious wedding ceremony as he states: ‘We unite in one heart’
Former Brazilian star Hulk married his ex-wife’s niece in a religious wedding ceremony on Friday.
Hulk, who plays for Atletico Mineiro, married Camila Angelo, with the two previously tying the knot in a civil ceremony in 2020.
Reflecting on his wedding, Hulk wrote on Instagram: ‘For God and the promises of our love, we unite in one heart and begin our eternity, life together! I love you.’
Hulk was previously married to Camila’s aunt, Iran Angelo, and the couple was together for twelve years.
They had three children together between 2007 and 2019; sons Ian and Tiago, and a daughter, Alice – who are cousins to his new wife.
In 2020, Hulk surprised many when he married Camila after the end of his 12-year relationship with Iran.

The following year, Hulk and Camila confirmed they were expecting their first child, Zaya. Last year they announced that they were expecting a second child, Aisha.
The wedding ceremony took place in Campina Grande, Hulk’s hometown, as reported by G Show.
Hulk wore a wine-colored suit as he walked down the aisle accompanied by his mother.
Meanwhile, Camila walked down the aisle with her father wearing an embroidered dress with veil by designer Samuel Cirnansck.
Hulk entered the church to the sounds of ‘Sabor de Mel’ by Damares, while Camila chose ‘Que Bom Voce Chegou’ by Bruna Karla.
The ceremony took place in the diocesan Cathedral of Our Lady of the Conception, as a sea of white roses filled the church.
Another party is planned for January 7 at a luxury resort in Joao Pessoa. 500 professionals are involved in organizing the party, including chefs, floral designers and sound and lighting technicians.
One of Iran’s sisters, Rayssa, had some scathing comments about Camila on social media.

Rayssa wrote: “Today is a hard day to swallow, a day that shows how far betrayal can go when it comes from the people we least expect. If my mother were alive, I’m sure she wouldn’t be able to tolerate such a monstrosity. It would be an impossible blow to see a granddaughter who grew up under her roof betray her own family in such a cruel way.
‘Yes, exactly today, seven years ago, we mourned the death of my mother. And today a macabre spectacle took place that made me understand that she really couldn’t be here, because she wouldn’t be able to withstand such shame and monstrosity!

She added: ‘It is sad to realize that Judas does not only appear in ancient stories, that sometimes he sleeps under the same roof, eats at the same table and stabs himself in the back at the right moment.
“Wanting what belongs to someone else, wanting to live the life of someone you trusted, is a reflection of an empty heart, unable to create its own happiness.
‘In this photo my sister was the bridesmaid at the wedding of the traitor, manipulator, cruel woman who only thought about money. She was married and asked for an annulment, arguing…but GOD is fair and nothing goes unnoticed in his sight.”
Hulk scored 11 goals in 49 appearances for Brazil between 2009 and 2021 and was part of the side that won the Confederations Cup in 2013.
In club football, he is best known for his spell at Porto between 2008 and 2012, during which he won the Europa League and four national titles.

Reports about Hulk and Camila’s relationship emerged in December 2019, just five months after his marriage to Iran ended.
Hulk and Camila got married in September 2020, when Hulk was still playing for Chinese side Shanghai SIPG.
It is believed that Hulk told his family about his relationship with Camila in December 2019, including his children Ian, Tiago and Alice.
A spokesperson for the striker said in a statement at the time: ‘Hulk called Camila’s parents and brother and told them the truth.
‘It was Hulk himself who made the information public because he had nothing to hide.
“His position is transparent and he wants to avoid lies and malicious comments.”
