The TV star, a former Playboy Playmate, kept it casual in turquoise parachute pants and a sublime T-shirt with a colorful array of arm and hand tattoos.
She completed the understated ensemble with pink sandals before adding an Amsterdam baseball cap.
Erika, who was briefly joined by 18-year-old daughter Indyanna, played the role of Shauni McClain in the wildly popular TV show Baywatch alongside Pamela Anderson and Nicole Eggert.
The former model was once engaged to co-star Billy Warlock, who played her love interest on the long-running show, and has since been married twice more.

But Baywatch wasn’t Erika’s first big break, as she made her first on-screen appearance at age 12 in Steven Spielberg’s ET.
After finding Baywatch fame and being a stalwart cast member for the first three seasons of the surfing series, the blonde bombshell soon posed for Playboy.
Speaking about the hit show, she said Fox in 2018: ‘It was kind of like a big family, to be honest. Brothers and sisters.
“There was great camaraderie… The cast and crew were just really great.”
However, in 1992, Erika announced that she would be leaving the show – much to the dismay of fans – to pursue a career in the film industry.
