Former Bachelorette star Tyler Cameron reveals why he’s shunning Hollywood and OnlyFans to start a family business in his Florida hometown for new reno show: ‘Money doesn’t motivate me’

Former Bachelorette star Tyler Cameron is ready to prove he’s more than just his good looks with his new Amazon Prime series, Going Home with Tyler Cameron.

Speaking to Ny Breaking.com, the male model – who shot to fame on Hannah Brown’s season of The Bachelorette in 2019 – said he’s excited to show viewers a new side of himself on the renovation show.

And while he recently made headlines for joining OnlyFans as part of a publicity stunt to promote the show, the 31-year-old has no plans to legitimately pursue a career selling raunchy content online.

‘I do not think so [OnlyFans] is really in the cards for me,” he said adamantly.

“I want to build this construction company and then one day I want to coach high school football, and I don’t know if having OnlyFans will help me get a good job coaching high school football!”

In his new series, Tyler returns to his hometown of Jupiter, Florida, to start his own construction and home renovation company

Despite his reluctance, Tyler admitted that he had been approached with lucrative offers to strip naked on the site.

“I’ve definitely had people talk to me about what kind of money you can make and stuff. But money never really motivates me in that sense. It’s more about the forward progression. And how can I make the biggest impact in my communities and things like that,” he explained.

In his new series, Tyler returns to his hometown of Jupiter, Florida, to start his own construction and home renovation company.

“I wanted to do it because I wanted to be a story about my passions, the things I love, and that’s where you get the house rental part of it, but also why I want to coach football and have my foundation because I want to. being able to give back and help my communities,” he shared.

“And that kind of thing moves the needle for me, not really the money you could make doing something like OnlyFans or something like that. I just wouldn’t find happiness in it.’

The reality star says his new series has been in the works for four years, but was unfortunately postponed following the tragic death of his mother Andrea, who died in 2020 from a brain aneurysm.

Viewers will get insight into how Tyler and his family have dealt with the loss, as well as an overall insight into the male model’s personal life.

“I think you’re all going to see me, my family, my friends. You’ll see how that all mixes together,” he said.

“You won’t necessarily see dating, but you will see relationships starting to build, so I’d like everyone to see that.”

‘And you see how in Jupiter we can really take care of each other. We love each other, but we also like to have fun.’

In addition to his friends and family, Going Home with Tyler Cameron also features cameos from some of Bachelor Nation’s biggest names, including Matt James, Jason Tartick, and even his Bachelorette ex Hannah Brown.

After his time on The Bachelorette, Tyler dated a string of models and influencers, including Gigi Hadid, Paige Lorenze and Camila Kendra.

He is now rumored to be dating Florida-based blonde and longtime boyfriend Tate Madden, who, unlike his previous girlfriends, is not in the celebrity spotlight.

Although the reality star has refused to publicly confirm the romance, he has expressed his desire to find someone down to earth with whom he can start a family in Florida.

“This past year I have experienced this show and am back home in Jupiter [Florida] has really changed the way I look at dating and what I want to do,” he recently told the Bachelor Happy Hour podcast.

“The way I used to date was chasing what was sparkly and fun and what was never really good for me,” he continued.

“Now I’m home and dating in Jupiter and trying to meet people I’m in a relationship with who are working and want to have a family. Being home has really made dating better for me. It made me think about what is more important than what just glitters.’

All eight episodes of the series can be streamed on Amazon’s Prime Video.
