Forgetting something? Braless Dina Broadhurst and her ex-boyfriend Max Shepherd pack up and prepare to move out of Vaucluse home they rented together

Dina Broadhurst went braless as she spent the day tidying up the Vaucluse rental home she shared with ex-boyfriend Max Shepherd.

The nude artist, who ended her relationship with the property developer in June 2023, was busy packing her belongings on Monday as the couple began moving out of the harborside house where they once lived together.

Dina, 47, showed off her toned arms in a fitted white singlet top that offered little to no support as she rearranged items placed on the sidewalk outside the property.

She paired her look with cream diamond-stitched shorts, and went both makeup-free and barefoot on moving day.

The brunette had her hair styled loose and straight with a center parting, and she looked cheerful.

Dina was accompanied by her ex-boyfriend Max, 30, who came to help her with the move.

A large modernized silver chandelier and what looked like an office chair were loaded into the back of his closet.

Dina and Max were later seen chatting with workers outside their property.

It is unclear whether Dina will move permanently to another building or whether she will renovate the rental, which she previously did with ex Max.

In 2021, Dina and Max opened their wallets to renovate the dilapidated building in Vacluse – even though they do not own it.

The couple worked around the clock for two weeks to refresh the rustic property into a beautiful modern home with panoramic water views.

They revealed to Ny Breaking Australia that the DIY job involved ripping out the old linoleum kitchen floor and carpets to revive the original floorboards underneath.

The couple remained tight-lipped about how much they spent on the makeover, but one DIY expert estimated it would have cost between $4,000 and $10,000.

Ms Broadhurst admitted that most people think it’s ‘crazy’ to renovate a rental property, but for her it made perfect sense.

She was looking for an art studio that was separate from where she lived, a place where she could drip paint on the floor and not have to worry about “ruining things.”

But finding such a space proved difficult and that is why she decided to combine the studio and the house.

The kitchen cabinets were given a makeover by painting them matte black inside and out.

Ceilings, doors, windows and walls in the five-bedroom, two-storey home were also sprayed pure white to provide an abundance of light.

They renovated the living areas such as the kitchen, bedrooms and bathrooms, but left the rest of the house untouched.

“The property was quite unliveable and looking back I can’t believe we managed to do it,” Dina told Ny Breaking Australia at the time.

“It was actually a huge project and a huge workload, but when I first came in here I just had the naivete of a kid to make it happen.”

The grueling DIY job was made a lot easier thanks to the couple’s experience in the construction industry.

Mrs Broadhurst previously ran her own interior design business and carried out a large number of renovations, while Mr Shepherd still works in the construction industry.

The owners were about to demolish the property and couldn’t have been happier when they learned of the couple’s plans.

“It was in a state of disrepair and it wasn’t something they could put money into, so we were their perfect match,” Dina said.

The couple named the property CASA Studio – meaning House Studio – in a nod to Dina’s Italian-Australian heritage.

In June, it was reported that Dina had split from Max, her toy boy boyfriend of four and a half years.

A source told Ny Breaking Australia that the glamorous Sydney socialite, who is good friends with cricketer Michael Clarke, is now single and living on her own.

Max “partied in Europe with friends and models” while nursing his heartbreak.

He shared several videos on Instagram of himself enjoying his time on a luxury yacht with his genetically blessed friends – with Dina noticeably missing from the festivities.

The couple, who built a new home together in Sydney, had been dating since 2018.

Max last appeared on Dina’s feed in February and he last posted a loved-up photo of the couple in December last year.

While the pair still follow each other on Instagram, Dina failed to publicly wish her former partner a happy birthday on social media as he celebrated in Ramatuelle, France, on a luxury yacht with friends.

Meanwhile, Dina also appears to have moved on after being spotted with her multi-millionaire ex Tony Benjamin.

The nude artist put on a very cheeky display for onlookers as she took a leisurely stroll around the rocks with her handsome boyfriend in North Bondi.

While strolling past the ocean view point favored by locals, Dina’s hiking buddy appeared to fondle her bare derriere after her skirt hiked up, exposing her bum.

Meanwhile, Max appears to have moved on well with Vanderpump Rules star Vail Bloom.
