Players including Cody Weightman and Rory Lobb were on hand to celebrate Spina and Garner’s wedding.
As guests sat down to enjoy a wedding dinner, some got creative with their napkins, including someone who appeared to be Gardner’s best man, tying them around their heads.
Gardner, who also wore the unique headdress, also posted a few photos of himself and his new wife from the day.
He captioned the post: “Welcome to the Garnders.”
Spina also posted a video of the couple during the celebration, writing, “I got you baby” and adding a “love heart” emoji.
Gardner, a sixth pick in the 2019 midseason draft, swapped the Cattery for the Kennel in 2018 after failing to make a single AFL appearance for Geelong in three seasons.
The 27-year-old had a slow start for the Bulldogs, making just two appearances during the 2019 season before making 55 appearances for the club.
