Footy star Darcy Moore’s ultra-woke girlfriend Dee Salmin makes stunning five word social media statement after her bizarre explanation for why they don’t live together

  • Online trolls said Salmin debunked the Collingwood star
  • She called cohabitation ‘heterodynamic learned behavior’

Triple J presenter Dee Salmin has made a startling statement on social media after being criticized for the very woke reason she doesn’t live with her AFL star boyfriend Darcy Moore.

In July, Darcy and Dee’s living arrangements became the talk of the AFL, with fans calling the Collingwood skipper ‘woke’ and blaming his unorthodox relationship for a dip in form.

Salmin raised eyebrows when she revealed on a podcast why they don’t live together.

‘I currently don’t live with my partner. We have such different, independent, busy lives,” Salmin said.

“We get so much of what we had when we were single in our relationship.

‘But I wonder how much you can actually maintain that if you eventually move in together. It is largely heterodynamically learned behavior that you can end up in.’

Her statement about ‘heterodynamic learned behavior’ caused a storm on social media.

Many fans said Salmin’s long-winded explanation of why they’re living apart — complete with feminist buzzwords and therapy speak — made their eyes roll.

In October, the Sunday Hook Up host shared a photo on Instagram of her and Darcy attending the Brownlow Medal ceremony in Melbourne, along with a comment she received from a troll.

“Darcy has money, fame and football skills, but traded his gonads to a feminist witch,” the troll wrote.

Salmin played a cover of the 1972 Eagles classic Witchy Woman above her post and captioned it with some classy words – saying she “immortalized” the gonad comment as “the highest compliment I’ve ever received.”

It seems like Salmin really got a kick out of the comment, as she’s now updated her Instagram bio to call herself “a gonad-stealing feminist witch.”

Collingwood loyalists had mixed reactions, with some even linking Salmin’s comments to Moore’s struggles to find form on the field.

Others simply found Salmin’s interview confusing due to her use of progressive terminology.

Moore and Salmin first sparked rumors they were dating when they were pictured holding hands at the opening night of Moulin Rouge in Melbourne in October 2023.

They later confirmed their romance by hitting the red carpet together at several exclusive A-List events.
