A woman has died after being hit by two cars at an intersection in Melbourne.
The woman was struck by the vehicles at the intersection of Hallenstein St and Hopkins St in Footscray, just west of the city’s CBD, at around 10pm on Sunday.
Despite desperate efforts by paramedics to save her life, the yet-to-be-identified woman died at the scene.
Both drivers remained uninjured at the scene of the accident and are assisting the police investigation.
Victoria Police have urged anyone with information to contact Crime Stoppers.
