Football fans all say the same thing after Jalen Milroe video emerges ahead of Alabama-Michigan game
Jalen Milroe has come under fire after the Alabama quarterback posed for photos and videos shortly before suffering a nightmare match against Michigan.
The No. 11 Crimson Tide were defeated 19-13 by Michigan on New Year’s Eve in the ReliaQuest Bowl in Tampa, Florida.
Milroe completed 16 of 32 passes for 192 yards, one touchdown and one interception. But the quarterback had just 7 yards on 16 rushes and was fouled in the first quarter.
The redshirt junior was involved in three turnovers in four plays — a fumbled snap, an interception and a strip sack — allowing Michigan to race to a 16-0 lead.
Shortly before the game, a video emerged of Milroe standing near the tunnel of Raymond James Stadium. He was wearing headphones and a branded hoodie.
The quarterback posed with his hands behind his back and his head bowed as a photographer and cameraman took pictures and footage of him, respectively.

He then walked onto the field to join his teammates.
The video resurfaced after the Alabama loss and many fans heckled Milroe during his difficult afternoon.
Others, meanwhile, said they hoped this would mark the end of his time with the Crimson Tide.
“Does that help him make completions?” one fan joked.
‘Before every match he always has to come out and pose for the cameras. Can’t help it,” said a third.
“If he’s the starter next year I’m done with this team forever,” another added, while another Alabama fan said, “He needs to leave now.”
After the game, Milroe spoke about his future amid speculation that he would enter the 2025 NFL draft instead of returning to college.
“Right now, I’m just going to try to enjoy this moment, today, and not really try to focus on future endeavors,” he said.
