“After ripping the victim’s shorts, Darnell demanded to see the victim’s private area and told the victim she was his and no one else’s.

The warrant further alleges that Tatahda told police that Darnell’s alleged actions “made her fearful of being sexually assaulted.”

The warrant alleges that before Ferguson left the home, he took Tatahda’s credit/debit card and her identification.

Police were called to the home and took photos of Tatahda’s alleged injuries, which included “redness, scratches and pain on her neck and a scratch on her thigh.” She was taken to hospital for treatment.

A separate file shows that Ferguson was arraigned Wednesday and subsequently released from jail after posting $10,000 bail. He has denied being guilty of the charges,

Darnell’s attorney, Krsna Tibbs, told WDRB on Wednesday that Ferguson and Tatahda share three children, claiming that Tatahda “wants to work things out and drop the charges.”

Ferguson is an active personality on the Food Network as he currently hosts SuperChef Grudge Match.
