Boxing legend Floyd Mayweather flew to Israel this week to show his support for the country amid the ongoing war with Hamas.
Mayweather, widely regarded as one of the greatest fighters of all time, sent a private jet full of supplies to Israel in October in the wake of Hamas terrorist attacks.
More than 31,000 people have been killed in the past six months as the conflict in and around the Gaza Strip continues.
Five months after sending food, water, clothing and body armor to the Middle East, Mayweather himself made the trip to Israel this week to lift the spirits of citizens, workers and soldiers.
The 47-year-old landed in Tel Aviv to show his support for the Israeli cause, even stopping by an IDF (Israel Defense Forces) military base.

While in Israel with friend Jona Rechnitz, he also received a custom-made “TMT” yarmulke as a gift from Rabbi Steven Burg, along with a Star of David necklace pendant from Diamond Club Miami.
Israeli musician Osher Cohen also had a gift for Mayweather, presenting him with a unique painting that showed the fight icon holding up an Israeli flag.
When the conflict with Hamas first began last year, Mayweather pledged his allegiance to Israel on social media, insisting he was “standing with” the country.
