A Florida woman has been arrested after allegedly raping her husband's autistic younger brother and giving birth to his child.
Authorities say Amanda Rose Brooks, 34, became pregnant with her victim's child after raping him and then falsely claimed she was the victim.
U.S. Marshals in Orlando arrested Brooks earlier this month on a sexual assault warrant that was investigated by the Monroe County Sheriff's Office.
Brooks was charged with sexual battery on a developmentally disabled person over 18 years of age, providing false information to law enforcement authorities and filing a false report.
According to The key citizenthe alleged attack had occurred in 2022 but had begun in Mississippi in 2010.

In an arrest warrant seen by the outlet, Brooks allegedly contacted the Monroe County Sheriff's Office and reported that she had been sexually assaulted by her husband and his younger brother.
Brooks is said to have handed over a list of events that had taken place between February and April last year.
She allegedly told the department that she had been “coerced and coerced” into sexual activity and that she had been “verbally and psychologically abused” in their Key Haven home.
Brooks and her husband were his brother's sole caregivers, she told investigators.
As a result, Brooks and her children left the Keys for Orlando and filed a statement with police, who returned it to Monroe County.
Brooks also turned over emails, screenshots of messages with friends in which she portrayed herself as a “victim of abuse” by her husband's family, who she said harassed her after she left with her children.
In July 2022, her brother-in-law's mother contacted police and said her son was the victim in the case, and that Brooks was the one who allegedly raped him.

Her brother-in-law is said to have repeatedly objected and repeatedly told her that 'we shouldn't be doing this'.
The victim told police that Brooks told him to “be quiet,” “not to tell anyone” and that “it was okay because it made her feel good.”
Brooks' husband has denied having any sexual involvement with her during this time, but told investigators that she had an ovulation tracker.
In September last year, officers were told that Brooks was several months pregnant and gave birth to the child in January this year.
The Florida Department of Law Enforcement conducted DNA testing on the victim and Brooks' child and confirmed that the victim was the biological father.
Deputies say they were unable to find any evidence to support Brooks' memory of the events and she was arrested on December 10.
According to arrest records, Brooks is currently being held in the Monroe County Jail on a $150,000 bond.
