Shocking footage captured a restaurant guest pulling a knife on another man, triggering a panic attack caused by spilled wine.

David Gulley, 75, a Florida senior citizen, was arrested Thursday and charged with aggravated assault, weapons possession and terroristic threats after a wild tirade at the Red Horse restaurant in Rumson, New Jersey.

According to police, Gulley grabbed a steak knife and “lunged at the victim after an argument ensued over spilling wine on the victim’s wife.”

Footage shared on social media shows the victim angrily arguing with Gulley before shouting, “What’s that, do you have a knife in your hand?”

The scuffle began when the victim said to another table, “Take it easy on the old ghosts, people.”

After a woman replies that “it was an accident,” he angrily responds, “It’s an accident that there’s wine on her back.”

The situation escalated dramatically after the victim, who has not been named, said he saw a knife in Gulley’s hand. Stunned customers urged other witnesses to call 911.

Gulley lunges at the other customer, but falls to the ground as the two men grab the knife.

The victim was seen holding the attacker’s wrists while screaming: “Call the f***ing police.”

Other witnesses joined in the chaos from other tables, while the manager continued to shout during the chaos.

β€œAre you kidding? Attempted murder?” a stunned witness repeated as the group dispersed.

Police said Gulley punched the restaurant manager during the altercation and pulled a knife. He was arrested at the scene.
