Vetsch used the gun to hit the victim’s backseat window before the neighbor saw what was happening and told him to stop, at which point an argument broke out.

Vetsch began berating him for being on his property and then pointed his gun at the victim’s head before proceeding to argue with both of them.

Deputy Munoz of the Flagler County Sheriff’s Office asked to come and have a look surveillance video of the incident to which Vetsch agreed.

It showed the victim following Vetsch to his property as they argued, but they had not entered his property when Vetsch pointed the gun at their heads.

Vetsch said he believed the victims were a neighbor named “Jason” with whom he had had several altercations before, according to the Miami announces.
