Florence Pugh risked alarming onlookers when she filmed scenes for her latest film starring Andrew Garfield in Orpington, Kent, on Thursday.
The actress, 27, appeared to be going into labour, but as her as-yet-unknown character in the film.
She and co-star Andrew, 39, have spent the past few weeks filming scenes for the rom-com We Live In Time in and around London.
This week, Florence was seen folded in half on the street wearing a brown coat and blue sweatpants teamed with a pair of gray shoes, with what appeared to be medical equipment hanging from her front.
Next to her, Andrew looked stressed as he performed for the scene, with an ambulance at a nearby gas station, perhaps ready to take Florence’s character to a nearby hospital to give birth.

Moments earlier, Florence could be seen with her mouth wide open holding Andrew’s hand before turning to lean on the wooden fence as she pretended to be breathing from a contraction.
During filming, members of the crew could be seen surrounding the pair, wearing high visibility jackets.
There was a sign on the street warning pedestrians that they were entering a filming location and could appear in the film.
The film’s plot is closely guarded, but has been described as a “funny, deeply moving, and compelling love story.”
Last month, it was reported that Florence and Andrew would star in a new romantic movie together.
The Don’t Worry Darling actress and Andrew – who co-presented at the Oscars – were in talks about the project.
After they began work on the film in April, Andrew has been dogged by claims that he went on a furious rant against a group of onlookers who saw him perform a scene in the street.
The star is said to have had an altercation with spectators who ‘distracted’ his filming.

Andrew was spotted shooting a scene outside a row of flats, when residents noticed what was happening outside and came to check the window.
The onlookers have claimed that Andrew “gestured them to open the window” before yelling at them for “distracting” him while he was working.
A source wrote on gossip site Deux Moi: “Andrew Garfield and Florence Pugh are currently filming a new movie in London.
On Monday, AG was filming a scene just outside his flat (south London). My friend and roommates looked through their second story and AG saw them looking.
“Then AG stopped the scene, motioned for them to open the window, and started yelling at them, saying how disrespectful it was for them to distract him by looking out their own living room window?”
There was also a video with no audio attached to the post, showing Andrew approaching the flat window mentioned in the post.
The same day [Monday April 3] Andrew was spotted by the Deux Moi source, he was pictured on set in London with Florence, 27.

“I met him in rehearsals the day before and we got along right away and I got the p*ss out of him and he loved it and he got the p*ss out of me and I loved it. It was amazing!’
John Crowley will direct the film from a script by Nick Payne, according to Deadline.
